NorthStar Anesthesia is recruiting a full-time CRNA for its newest location at Baptist Health Louisville, a 500-plus bed tertiary care center in Saint Matthews, Kentucky. The role is a call-taking position within a large, high-volume practice that works in a collaborative care-team model and handles a varied case mix. The hospital is known for emergency medicine, cardiac care, cancer treatment, women's and orthopedic services, and it also runs strong behavioral health and rehab programs.

The case mix spans obstetrics, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, endoscopy, orthopedics, cardiac, neurology, urology, podiatry and plastics. The practice describes its anesthesia team as strong and well supported, and it is growing a new group of providers in Louisville.

Compensation as posted includes a base figure of $240K, a $6K quality incentive, approximately $24K in call pay, and a $90K sign-on bonus. The package also provides 8 weeks of PTO, an annual CME benefit of $1,500, and the full NorthStar benefits package, which includes medical, dental, life, long- and short-term disability, malpractice coverage and a 401(k).
