The Maryland implementation team role is a full-time, W2 position for a CRNA who will travel to a range of facilities across the Mid-Atlantic region, covering Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The practitioner supports NAPA sites and serves as a model of the organization's dedication to high-quality patient care and skill in anesthesia.

Compensation includes a base salary of $325K and a $75K sign-on incentive. Travel reimbursement covers mileage between home and lodging, lodging up to $139 per night (subject to approval, with the rate possibly rising depending on location), and up to $50 per work day for meals.

Benefits cover medical, life, vision and dental coverage along with disability and AD&D protection, generous paid time off, flexible spending and health savings accounts, fully paid malpractice coverage, and assistance with loan repayment and training costs.

Clinically, the CRNA delivers full anesthesia care across a diverse mix of surgical cases. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining informed consent, planning anesthetic approaches with patients, managing induction, maintenance and emergence, monitoring physiological status and intervening as required, and contributing to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current, unrestricted license and a valid National Provider Identifier, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists certification or recertification. Willingness and ability to travel between locations is required.
