A facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide locum tenens coverage while it works to fill a current staffing need. The day shift runs 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with call from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The caseload includes general, orthopedic, obstetric, gynecologic, pediatric, dental, ear, nose and throat, endoscopy, and podiatric procedures. Heads, hearts, and spines are excluded, and the provider must have handled obstetric cases within the past year. Cases are performed independently, and the facility uses the Cerner electronic medical record system.

Credentialing typically takes about 60 to 90 days, and a valid state license is required.
