Full details

A large academic health system in Massachusetts is looking for a CRNA for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. The provider would join a sizable anesthesia team that covers several hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and procedural locations. The role offers flexible scheduling, wide exposure to different types of cases, no call duties, and a collaborative perioperative setting.

The surgical mix includes trauma, transplant, cardiac, neurosurgical, orthopedic, ENT, obstetric, and general surgery cases. Shifts of 12, 16, 18, and 24 hours are available. The department works within a medically supervised care model, and the provider would serve a varied patient population across more than one clinical site, practicing at different facilities as needed.

Candidates need an active Massachusetts CRNA license, NBCRNA certification, board certification, and at least one year of CRNA experience. Experience at an academic medical center, trauma or transplant exposure, and experience covering multiple sites are preferred. Comfort working within a medically supervised team and high-acuity case experience, including trauma, cardiac, transplant, and neurosurgical procedures, are highly valued.
