The practice is a 100% pediatric anesthesia environment in Madera, California's Central Valley, and is growing its team of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Anesthesia services are provided to all surgical service lines except burns and transplants, with roughly 16,000 anesthetics given each year under a 2:1 medical direction model.

The role involves a broad mix of routine and complex pediatric cases, working alongside pediatric anesthesiologists, other CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and subspecialty surgeons. The team culture emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, shared clinical decision-making, safety, communication, and professional growth.

Candidates need an active or eligible California CRNA license, an active California RN license, and ACLS and PALS certifications, along with a commitment to patient-centered pediatric care. New graduate CRNAs are welcome to apply.
