A community-focused healthcare organization in Oxford, North Carolina, about an hour north of Raleigh, is recruiting a full-time, hospital-employed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. The role centers on delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia across varied clinical areas, including surgical, obstetrical, dental, and emergency cases.

Responsibilities include general anesthesia, IV sedation, and regional blocks, with continuous monitoring and reassessment of patients during procedures. The CRNA also provides pre- and postoperative anesthesia care, keeps accurate anesthesia records, and works alongside physicians, nursing staff, and other hospital departments. Support of department operations, including inventory management, is part of the position.

The hospital is an independent, not-for-profit facility with more than 90 beds and a medical staff of over 150 providers across 35-plus specialties. Clinicians have access to modern facilities, equipment, and technology, along with ongoing opportunities for professional development and continuing education.

The stated rate is $200 per hour. Benefits include health and prescription coverage, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short- and long-term disability, voluntary cancer, intensive care, and confinement indemnity plans, workers' compensation, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and retirement plans.
