Full details
A locum CRNA assignment is open in central Wisconsin, within easy reach of Green Bay, Eau Claire and Stevens Point. The regional health system is looking for experienced providers to cover an ongoing need at two sites located near each other. The start is set for as soon as credentialing is complete, roughly 60 days out, and the assignment is expected to run for six months or longer.
The schedule is weekdays from 7:00am to 5:00pm, with weeknight call and one weekend rotation per month. Call is handled by beeper with a 20-minute response expectation. The caseload includes general anesthesia, obstetrics, epidurals, MAC, GI procedures including advanced GI, and robotic cases, along with ventilation, airway management, and central and arterial line placement. Cardiac, head, and complex orthopedic or neurologic cases are excluded, and pediatric work is minimal.
Pay is listed as an hourly rate between $225 and $260, negotiable and dependent on term and availability. Travel, lodging, and either a rental car or mileage are covered, or providers may ask about an all-inclusive rate package. Credentialing support is included.
The area offers lakes, hiking and winter sports, plus breweries, cultural attractions, and day trips to Madison or Lake Michigan. Stevens Point, Green Bay, Eau Claire and Appleton are all within reach. Locum contractors receive support from a dedicated team, optional membership in an independent contractor benefits association, and help with credentialing along with malpractice coverage.
