The practice is seeking a CRNA for a schedule of weekday daytime shifts from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus one to two weeknight beeper calls and a weekend 24-hour beeper call with two hours of gratis time. The posting states that twelve-hour shifts are not part of the schedule.
The case mix includes obstetrics, epidurals when on call, GI and advanced GI procedures, OSC, and hospital cases, with minimal pediatric and minimal vascular work. The CRNA would work independently on epidurals.
Candidates must hold an APRN license, and the posting notes that providers without a license may apply for the ACT temporary license if they hold the APRN credential. Clean files are required, and candidates must have no pending cases of either kind. Marshfield requires AHA certification, and BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates must all be issued through the AHA. Locum candidates with pending malpractice cases cannot be considered.
