Full details

The schedule is four 10-hour shifts a week. This full-time permanent CRNA position is with an established small hospital system in eastern Oregon. The provider joins a team of one anesthesiologist and five CRNAs at a growing Level 4 Trauma Center that also operates as a Critical Access Hospital.

The facility is opening a new 92,000 square foot building that will contain five new operating rooms, two endoscopy suites that can convert into two more ORs, 15 pre- and post-operative bays, and seven PACU beds. The group is five FTEs and includes one CRNA float who provides pain management coverage. The site uses the Epic EMR.

Days off are built into the rotation, with 52 days off from the schedule plus any earned leave taken. Call pay is included, and total compensation is listed as 270k or more, with quality incentives up to $20,000 a year. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with $8,000 per year for CME, licensing dues and subscriptions, paid CME time, and student loan assistance. The role is a hospital-employed position with full benefits, a 401k match, and malpractice coverage paid.

The town sits in the eastern foothills of three mountain ranges and has well-regarded public schools. Residents have access to a wide range of outdoor recreation, from cycling and trail walking to alpine lake visits, snow sports, climbing, boating, hunting, angling and birdwatching. The employer describes the setting as big-city medicine with a small-town feel and asks interested clinicians to send an updated CV.
