The schedule is four 10-hour shifts a week. The role is based in La Grande, Oregon, at a community health organization that describes itself as a leading provider with a hometown feel. The hospital is a Level 4 trauma center and a growing critical access facility that has recently enlarged its surgical capacity, and it serves more than 25,000 residents.

The anesthesia group includes one MDA and four CRNAs. The CRNA will provide anesthesia in a newly upgraded operating suite with five ORs and two flexible endoscopy rooms. Call is shared evenly across the group, and the work involves documenting and coordinating patient care in Epic, which is preferred but not required.

Compensation starts at a salary of $390k or more, with up to $24k a year in quality incentives and a $30k sign-on bonus. An $8k allowance covers continuing education, licensure, dues, and subscriptions. Benefits include a 401k with an employer match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, annual raises, and six weeks of PTO during the first five years.
