This is a full-time CRNA position at an outpatient surgery center in Brunswick, North Carolina, part of a large orthopedic group that operates dozens of offices across the state. The Brunswick location combines orthopedic and spine care, interventional pain management, imaging, and therapy under one roof.
The anesthetist would deliver full anesthesia care across a broad range of orthopedic cases, including general orthopedics, joint replacement of the hip, knee, and shoulder, sports medicine, hand and upper extremity surgery, foot and ankle procedures, neck and back surgery, and interventional pain work. Daily responsibilities include preoperative assessment, obtaining informed consent, planning anesthetic care with patients, managing induction, maintenance, and recovery from anesthesia, and monitoring vital physiological status with interventions as required. The role also contributes to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Benefits include medical, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D coverage, generous paid time off, flexible spending or health savings accounts, fully paid malpractice coverage, and loan repayment assistance.
Candidates need a current registered professional nursing license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current AANA certification or recertification. Prior regional anesthesia experience is noted as a plus, and the posting emphasizes considerable clinical autonomy.
