Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking CRNAs for per diem work, available as either W2 employment or 1099 contract arrangements. The hospital is part of Tennova Healthcare, one of the state's largest health networks, and offers a 24/7 emergency room, an ICU, advanced surgical suites, and a dedicated heart hospital. Nearby, the newly opened Tennova Surgery Center West, which connects to the Medical Center, includes four fully equipped operating rooms and two advanced endoscopic suites. The practice model is collaborative and team-based.

The W2 per diem rate is listed at $175 per hour. Cases are varied and include general surgery, GI, cardiac, eye procedures, and straightforward pediatric cases.

The role involves delivering full anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures. The CRNA will carry out pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain informed consent, and build and review anesthetic plans with patients.
