A facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide locum tenens coverage while it works to fill a current need. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The anesthetist would handle general, orthopedic, and joint replacement cases, and must be proficient in interscalene blocks, supraclavicular blocks, and intermediate cervical plexus blocks for clavicle procedures.

The site uses SIS for its electronic medical record, while charting is currently done on paper. The role works within a care team model with a set ratio, or as an independent provider, and credentialing can take up to 90 days. A Michigan license is required, or the provider must be willing to obtain one.
