This is a full-time permanent CRNA position in southern Kentucky, roughly 90 minutes from Nashville. The case mix is primarily routine, bread-and-butter procedures.

The position comes with six weeks of paid time off. The surrounding area offers outdoor recreation such as golf, fishing, boating and nature trails, and Nashville and Louisville are within a short drive for dining and shopping.

Compensation includes a competitive salary and retention bonuses. New graduates are welcome to apply, and sign-on bonus terms are negotiable.
