This opening, with USAP Tennessee in the heart of downtown Nashville, invites both experienced CRNAs and SRNAs to apply for a spot on a care team. The work comes in a range of shift patterns and sites, and includes a broad mix of cases, with an option for no overnight weekday call.

Currently the practice is offering a $75k tuition assistance package or a $50k sign-on bonus. Candidates must meet state licensure requirements and complete the credentialing steps required by each hospital where they will hold privileges.

One site is Centennial Medical Center, a 750-bed hospital with 55 to 60 operating rooms that has received anesthesia services from the practice for more than 20 years and handles roughly 39,000 cases annually. The second is Saint Thomas Midtown, a 680-bed hospital with 45 to 55 operating rooms in downtown Nashville, which sees about 32,000 cases a year and performs around 8,000 births annually, giving it high obstetric volume and a good balance between work and personal life.

US Anesthesia Partners is a network of local anesthesia practices supported by national resources, and it uses a Care Team model. Local and national CRNA advisory councils and leadership give clinicians a voice, and providers can select the facility, case type and schedule that suit their goals.
