The position is for a CRNA working under an independent practice model, with shifts offered as 5x8s, 4x10s, or 5x10s and a target start date of December 7, 2026.
The caseload spans scopes and other bread-and-butter laparoscopic abdominal procedures, cataract ophthalmology, podiatry, orthopedics, vascular work, and cardiology cases such as TEEs and cardioversions. Surgical anesthesia includes general anesthetics, MAC, and regional techniques, with blocks optional. The role also covers ward and Emergency Department needs such as IV access, airway management, and provider support. GI cases are performed only at the Gladwin site.
Candidates must hold ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. They must also show they have delivered CRNA-related services to at least 75 patients in the past 12 months, and the posting requires a Michigan license only.
