Cases are assigned across cardiology, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pain management, cosmetic procedures, endoscopy including EGD, and urology.

Candidates need a current registered professional nurse license, a diploma from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current certification or recertification through the AANA's certification council.
