Physicians Regional is seeking a CRNA to join its team in Naples, Florida, where the goal is better care, stronger collaboration, and a real commitment to the community. The local group includes 10 physicians and more than 30 experienced CRNAs spread across three campuses: Pine Ridge, Collier, and North Naples. The sites together run eight main operating rooms, three endoscopy suites, three cath labs, and two cardiovascular operating rooms.

The culture centers on teamwork, mutual respect, and support for one another. Both new graduates and seasoned CRNAs are welcome to apply, provided they are NBCRNA board certified or eligible and authorized to work in the United States.

Weekday call is not required, weekend call is limited and compensated at a premium, and nights are not part of the role. Time off can be planned around a waterfall schedule.

Case variety is broad, covering general, vascular, orthopedic, neuro spine, electrophysiology, endoscopy, urology, and bariatric surgery. Heart cases can be included if the CRNA wishes, while obstetrics and pediatrics are excluded. CRNAs carry out their own regional blocks and lines, with full training and backup provided.

Compensation is an annual salary of $260,000 on a W-2 basis or $280,000 on a 1099 basis, each including a $20,000 retention bonus, plus a $50,000 commencement bonus. Seven weeks of scheduled time off each year are included.

W-2 staff receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, fully paid malpractice coverage including tail, and an annual continuing education allowance. Relocation assistance is available.
