The CRNA division at Atrium Health Lincoln in Lincolnton, NC is hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to work at this 101-bed acute care hospital, which has been recognized by Newsweek among the nation's top hospitals. The facility has three operating rooms, one labor and delivery suite and two endoscopy suites, and handles about 2,500 cases a year, roughly 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient.

The role involves managing patients who receive general, regional and local anesthesia, and building an anesthetic plan that reflects each patient's medical history and test results. The CRNA works alongside the anesthesiologist as part of an integrated anesthesia care team and performs venous and arterial access procedures as needed.

Candidates need an active NC RN license, a CRNA license, and a degree from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia. BLS, ACLS and PALS certification from the American Heart Association is also required.

Compensation is listed as $99.75 to $159.60 per hour, with base pay set within that range according to qualifications, skills, experience and training. Premium pay for shifts and on-call work, incentive pay for select positions, and opportunities for performance-based annual increases may also apply.
