Full details

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest offers office-based anesthesia across pediatric dental, adult dental, and select specialty areas such as GI, ENT, fertility/gynecology, and plastics. The practice is recruiting CRNAs for prompt placement in its Washington GI service line. Patients are generally healthy and low-acuity, and procedures run efficiently with brief sedation and recovery periods, a model meant to support strong clinical care alongside a manageable lifestyle.

The GI service covers three locations in the greater Seattle area: Seattle, Kirkland, and Edmonds. Each site has daily availability, with eight rooms spread across the three sites and coverage every day of the week. Providers work one site per day, either settling on a home base or rotating between locations. A typical shift starts at 6:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM, including a half-hour lunch break, and usually includes 8 to 15 cases.

Schedules are flexible, allowing providers to work as little as one day a week or as many as five. Compensation may be structured as W2 or 1099, depending on the package chosen. The group emphasizes collaborative scheduling, solid team support, and growth opportunities as the regional market expands, including possible leadership and clinical partnership roles over time.

Candidates should hold a CRNA license in Washington or be eligible for one, be comfortable with GI cases, and ideally have experience in ambulatory surgery center settings. A team-oriented approach, sound clinical judgment, and interest in a flexible, lifestyle-friendly practice model are valued.
