Full details

The practice delivers office-based anesthesia in several settings, including pediatric and adult dental work, plus specialty procedures such as GI, ENT, fertility and gynecology, and plastics. It is currently bringing on CRNAs right away for its Washington GI service line. Patients are generally healthy and low in acuity, and cases move quickly with brief sedation and recovery periods, a model meant to pair strong clinical work with a manageable personal life.

The GI work takes place at three Seattle-area locations, in Seattle, Kirkland, and Edmonds, with eight rooms spread across them and coverage every day of the week. A typical shift runs from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including a half-hour lunch, and usually involves 8 to 15 cases. Each day is assigned to a single site, and providers may settle on one home base or rotate between locations. Schedules can be as light as one day a week or as heavy as five.

Pay can be structured as W2 employment or as 1099 contracting. Full-time and part-time arrangements are both available, with collaborative scheduling, team support, and a single site per day within the regional footprint. The group is expanding in this market and describes possible growth into leadership and clinical partnership roles over time.

Candidates should hold a CRNA license in Washington or be eligible for one, be comfortable working with GI cases, and bring a team-oriented approach along with sound clinical judgment. Prior experience in ambulatory surgery centers is preferred. Applicants should also be interested in a flexible, lifestyle-oriented practice model.
