Full details

The role is a 1099 independent practice position for a CRNA at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington, a flagship hospital just north of Seattle. Clinicians work alongside anesthesiologists and surgeons in a collegial setting that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and professionalism.

Compensation is listed at $175 per hour on a 1099 basis, with added opportunities for extra shifts at higher pay and premium pay for weekend and evening hours. The employer offers several engagement arrangements, from more structured employment to greater independence, to suit different preferences.

The hospital is a 615-bed, full-service Level 2 Trauma Center with 26 operating rooms and 2 obstetric suites, handling about 17,000 cases and 4,000 births a year. Case types include general, orthopedic, neurosurgical, gynecologic, urologic, GI, plastic, robotic, and obstetric procedures, and the CRNA may practice to the full extent of their training, including regional lines, epidurals, and spinals.

Shifts of 10, 12, 14, or 24 hours are available. The standard day schedule runs 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no more than two late shifts past 5 p.m. per week.

Candidates should be board certified as CRNAs and hold an active Washington license, DEA registration, and state controlled-substance certification, along with ACLS, BLS, and PALS. One year of experience is preferred, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Everett offers a short commute to Seattle's job market alongside more space, lower costs, and access to hiking, skiing, and waterfront living. The employer, Somnia Anesthesia, has provided anesthesia staffing since 1996 and pays a referral bonus of up to $5,000 for hired recommended colleagues, subject to terms and conditions.
