Deaconess Hospital is seeking a full-time CRNA, working 80 hours per pay period, as its anesthesia team continues to expand. The department runs 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, and the positions can be filled as either employed or 1099 arrangements.

Candidates must hold NBCRNA certification and an active Indiana license, and a Kentucky license is preferred. Primary anesthesia assignments will rotate among the locations that provide anesthesia at the Deaconess Gateway and Midtown Hospital campuses. Coverage runs Monday through Friday with early starts, plus some weekend shifts as needed.

Cases span general, orthopedic, neurological, urological, vascular, cardiac, OB/GYN, basic pediatric, and regional anesthesia. The posting lists a W2 base of $343,200 per year ($195/hr.) for both the Midtown/Gateway and Henderson sites, or a 1099 base of $378,200 per year ($225/hr.).

A $50,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a five-year commitment, along with up to $25,000 in loan forgiveness and up to $2K per month in student stipends for those who sign up to 12 months before completing an SRNA program.
