Deaconess Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join its expanding anesthesia group in a full-time role. The position may be filled as an employed W2 role or as a 1099 contractor arrangement, and the department offers shift options of varying lengths.

Candidates should hold NBCRNA certification and an active Indiana license, with a Kentucky license considered a plus. Primary anesthesia assignments rotate among the locations that provide anesthesia at the Deaconess Gateway and Midtown Hospital campuses. Coverage falls Monday through Friday, with early-morning starts and some weekend work as needed.

Anesthesia cases span general, orthopedic, neurologic, urologic, vascular, cardiac, OB/GYN, basic pediatric, and regional procedures.

Pay is listed as $343,200 per year ($195 per hour) for W2 base at the Midtown and Gateway sites and at Henderson, or $378,200 per year ($225 per hour) for 1099 base. A $25,000 sign-on bonus requires a five-year commitment, and loan forgiveness of up to $90,000 is available. A student stipend of up to $2,000 per month is offered to those who sign up to 24 months before completing an SRNA program.
