An established regional healthcare system in the Ozark Mountains is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its collaborative anesthesia team. The position is employed and sits within an established anesthesia group, with care delivered in the main operating room, the outpatient surgery center, and endoscopy, under a collaborative model with supervision. The hospital is a Level III trauma center, and the caseload spans neurosurgery and spine, cardiothoracic, vascular, urology, and other specialties.
The package includes competitive compensation and eight weeks of vacation. Call is structured as one weekday shift and one weekend shift each month, with added incentives for extra call. The health system is an independent, not-for-profit organization with 268 beds that serves North Central Arkansas and Southern Missouri through roughly 40 locations across a 12-county region.
The surrounding community offers two lakes and three scenic rivers for fishing, boating and kayaking, along with hiking and biking trails, two golf courses, and four distinct seasons.
