A regional healthcare system in the Ozark Mountains is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its collaborative anesthesia team. The position is employed and sits within an established anesthesia group, with the practice model built on collaboration and supervision.
The CRNA would work across the Main Operating Room, the Outpatient Surgery Center, and Endoscopy. The hospital is a Level III Trauma Center, and the caseload spans neurosurgery and spine, cardiothoracic, vascular, urology, and other surgical specialties, giving a wide range of anesthesia cases.
Compensation is described as competitive, and the package includes 8 weeks of vacation. Call is split between weekday and weekend shifts, with added incentives for taking extra call.
