BayCare Medical Group is looking for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, Florida. CRNAs on this team practice with independence, and physician backup is available when a case calls for it. The team works on a mutual-help model intended to support safe and efficient patient care.

Scheduling offers several shift lengths, including 8-, 10- and 12-hour options, with clear expectations, daily assignments handled fairly, and structured breaks and relief coverage. The role carries no call, though holiday or weekend coverage is optional.

The case mix spans orthopedics, general surgery, EP, vascular, GYN, urology, endoscopy, and interventional radiology. Obstetrics, cardiac, and pediatric cases are not performed. The practice supports skill building and ongoing education, with mentorship available, including for newly graduated nurse anesthetists.

The hospital is a 468-bed, not-for-profit facility within the BayCare Health System, known for high-quality, patient-centered care across surgical and specialty services such as cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, oncology, women's health, and emergency medicine.

Candidates need a current registered professional nurse license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, an incentive bonus, and a sign-on bonus.
