BayCare Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its collaborative anesthesia team at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, Florida. The role is open to both experienced CRNAs and new graduates, and the practice's Earn as You Learn program provides financial support during training. The team comprises a Chief CRNA, five anesthesiologists, and eleven CRNAs, and the model emphasizes close physician and CRNA partnership. Experience with or interest in obstetric anesthesia is highly preferred.

The caseload averages about 25 cases per day and spans OB/Gyn, robotics, pediatrics, urology, thoracic, ENT, vascular, OMFS, plastics, general, and orthopedic spine procedures. Cardiac and neurology cases are not performed, and spine cases are uncommon. Shifts can be scheduled as 8, 10, or 12 hours. Call is beeper-only with no in-house overnight requirement, amounting to two overnight shifts per month: one weekday and one weekend night, each running 7 PM to 7 AM.

The hospital campus was recently renovated at a cost of $326 million and includes 146 private patient rooms, a 20-unit infusion center, outpatient imaging, and a one-mile walking trail.
