The position may be filled in either a call or no-call arrangement. Listed compensation is up to $300,000 per year, which includes call pay, with a $260,000 base salary, plus quality and retention bonuses and a full benefits package.

The hospital is a regional facility with a wide range of surgical and specialty services and efficient perioperative workflows. The city sits a short drive from Nashville and offers outdoor recreation and community living.

Responsibilities include providing anesthesia care across all specialties in line with the standard of care and applicable state and federal law. Duties cover pre-anesthetic assessment and documentation, ordering pre-anesthetic medications and fluids, obtaining informed consent, managing airways, overseeing emergence and recovery, and discharging patients from the post-anesthesia care unit with follow-up as needed. CRNAs also respond to emergencies using advanced or basic life support and may perform other nurse anesthesia tasks within their expertise.

The schedule follows a waterfall rotation and guarantees a day off after call. Professional liability coverage is provided by the employer. Benefits include continuing education reimbursement, seven weeks of paid time off, health insurance, a 401(k), and relocation assistance.

Candidates must be graduates of an approved nursing program and of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation, and must have passed the AANA Council on Certification examination. Preferred experience is at least two years of independent practice. Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.
