Full details

This full-time permanent opening in Greenville, NC is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, with a schedule that includes days and nights. The employer is looking for a skilled, caring CRNA to join its anesthesia team and deliver anesthesia care across a range of settings, coordinating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinicians to keep patients safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include giving anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures and watching patients before, during, and after each case. The CRNA would build individualized anesthesia plans from patient assessments, confer with physicians and staff about anesthesia needs, and change anesthesia depth as a procedure unfolds. Post-anesthesia care, including pain control and patient teaching, falls within the role, along with thorough charting of anesthesia care and patient reactions, adherence to safety protocols, standards, and legal rules, and ongoing education to keep up with current practice.

Benefits listed are a competitive salary, direct deposit, a 401(k), comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, an employee discount program, and substantial opportunity for growth and advancement.

Candidates need a current CRNA certification and an RN license in the state where they practice, along with a master's or doctoral degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program. Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Five or more years of experience as a CRNA is preferred. The posting also looks for strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and monitoring systems, clear communication and problem-solving skills, comfort working in a fast-paced team setting, and a commitment to patient safety and professional development.
