Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood in Brownwood, Texas is seeking an independent, service-oriented CRNA to join a CRNA-only team. The community sits beside a lake in central Texas and offers boating, swimming, tubing, fishing, and nearby state park trails.

The role covers general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy and GI, urology, ENT with some pediatric cases, OB/GYN, and basic cardiology. The center handles roughly 400 to 500 obstetric deliveries a year. Call is listed as 1:6 with light call-back, and providers may optionally pick up second call for additional pay.

Compensation is listed as $375(k) plus 1099 status, with a $40(k) sign-on bonus. The practice provides malpractice coverage including tail, access to group benefits through preferred partnerships, and support from corporate clinical leaders. Seven weeks off is part of the schedule.

Board certification is required, and regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
