The role is a PRN position for an independent, service-oriented CRNA at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood in Brownwood, Texas. The hospital's anesthesia staff is made up of CRNAs only, and the town is a lake community in central Texas about two hours from Fort Worth and the Austin area.

Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy and GI, urology, ENT with some pediatric patients, OB/GYN, and basic cardiology. The facility handles roughly 400 to 500 obstetric deliveries each year.

Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred. Board certification is required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is paid. Access to group benefits is available through preferred partners, and corporate clinical leaders provide support.

Brownwood offers boating, swimming, tubing, jet skiing, and fishing on Lake Brownwood, and Lake Brownwood State Park has six miles of nature trails.
