Full details
The facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide locum tenens coverage while it addresses a current staffing need. The work is set on a Tuesday-to-Friday pattern, and the facility is flexible on shift arrangements, though it would prefer a full-time load and would consider a slightly reduced one. Weekend work and call duties are not part of this role.
Most of the caseload centers on gastrointestinal and interventional radiology procedures, with some time in the operating room covering routine cases such as colorectal and gynecologic oncology surgery when needed. The successful candidate must be skilled in performing blocks, spinals and epidurals. The care model is a care team arrangement with a stated ratio, rather than independent practice, and the facility uses EPIC as its electronic medical record system.
Candidates must hold an active Texas state license or be willing to obtain one.
