US Anesthesia Partners-Gulf Coast is recruiting full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for positions across the Greater Houston area. The role comes with a $75,000 sign-on bonus or a $100,000 student loan repayment option, and the posting highlights autonomy, schedule flexibility, and earning potential. Openings may be at any of a long list of facilities, including Methodist hospitals and surgical sites in and around Houston such as The Woodlands, Baytown, Clear Lake, Willowbrook, Sugar Land, West, the Medical Center, Bellaire, and Cypress, along with Memorial Hermann locations such as Memorial City, Katy, Northeast, The Woodlands, Southwest, Sugar Land, Greater Heights, Cypress, Southeast, and Pearland, among others.

Compensation is set by years of experience as a CRNA, with premium pay for hours worked beyond a scheduled shift and an annual bonus tied to length of service with the platform. Benefits include dental, vision, FSA and HSA accounts, a 401k with matching and profit sharing, employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance, malpractice coverage, six weeks of PTO, and a CME allowance.
