The package includes a competitive base salary, opportunities for additional call pay, and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.

Cases span orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, urology, vascular, gynecology, and GI endoscopy, and the practice grants a high degree of autonomy. Obstetrical anesthesia experience is preferred, though training is provided. Duties include regional techniques such as epidurals, spinal anesthesia, and upper and lower extremity blocks performed under ultrasound guidance, along with invasive line placement.

Benefits cover medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, plus company-paid long-term disability coverage. Retirement support comes through a 401(k) with matching and profit sharing, totaling up to 7% of annual income. Paid time off is 7 weeks, and an annual continuing medical education allowance is included.

Candidates must hold state licensure and complete the credentialing requirements of each hospital where they will hold privileges. The practice is part of a national network of local anesthesia practices and emphasizes a Care Team model focused on patient quality.
