Full details

U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its group serving AdventHealth sites in Northwest Orlando, including Waterman, Apopka, Winter Garden and Minneola. The practice is the exclusive anesthesia provider across AdventHealth's Central Florida locations and also staffs a growing number of outpatient surgical facilities, which keeps demand for skilled providers high.

AdventHealth Waterman is a 300-bed community hospital in Tavares, Florida, offering anesthesia across a broad range of procedures, from foot and ankle work and general surgery to orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, robotic procedures, endoscopy, interventional radiology and complex cardiothoracic cases. The setting is collaborative and suits clinicians who want to broaden their practice. The surrounding area offers lakes, parks and outdoor recreation.

Benefits for the Northwest Division include sign-on bonus options of 2, 3 or 5 years, a monthly student stipend of $3,333, a weekend differential, and annual bonuses beginning on the second anniversary. Retirement coverage consists of a 401(k) with a 4% company match plus a 3% profit-sharing contribution. Providers receive 8 weeks of paid time off, a continuing education allowance, and guaranteed hours.

Candidates must hold a state license that meets requirements and must complete the credentialing process of each hospital where they will hold privileges. USAP is a physician-owned, single-specialty group operating in nine states, with anesthesia care delivered in more than 1,000 inpatient and outpatient facilities and over 2 million cases a year.
