Full details

The role is based at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, West Virginia, a community the employer describes as focused on better care, better collaboration, and close ties to the people it serves. The hospital's anesthesia group includes five physicians and thirteen CRNAs who work in a collegial, mutually supportive setting where members learn from one another.

Candidates may be new graduates. Applicants must hold board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and training completion, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license must be in place before employment begins. The employer is looking for someone eager to practice at the top of their license within a team-based environment.

Case responsibilities cover general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, podiatry, ENT, urology, pediatric, and endoscopy procedures. The work is full-time, and home call is distributed equally across the group, with an average load stated as one in twelve.

Princeton sits in the Appalachian Mountains and offers outdoor recreation and a community-centered lifestyle, along with green spaces that appeal to people who enjoy nature and healthy living.

Compensation includes a $75,000 sign-on payment and a salary range of $312,000 to $347,000, available on either a W2 or 1099 basis. Additional shifts are paid at a guaranteed $200 per hour, and extra weekday or weekend call is paid at $450 or $675 respectively.

Benefits include eight weeks of paid time off each year, a substantial commencement bonus, and leadership opportunities.
