The schedule is 24-hour shifts. Bay Sound Anesthesia is looking to bring on a CRNA to join a well-established group at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital Bay in Panama City, Florida. The practice describes its aim as backing the clinical strengths already present at the site, encouraging teamwork, keeping care centered on patients, and supporting the professional growth of the clinicians who serve the area.

The anesthesia group at the site includes 5 physicians and 18 CRNAs, and the practice emphasizes local, site-level leadership and close cooperation among physicians and CRNAs so that every member can work across the full scope of practice. The hospital is a level II trauma center that handles general, orthopedic, cardiac, vascular, neurological, and OB/GYN cases.

Outside of the working schedule, there are no call duties or extra shift obligations.

Compensation is described as a robust package, and a sign-on bonus is available. Candidates should hold NBCRNA certification, an active Florida license, and authorization to work in the United States.
