Sound Anesthesia is partnering with the established team at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast in Miramar Beach, FL, starting in May 2026. The practice describes its aim as supporting the clinical foundation already in place, encouraging teamwork, advancing patient-centered care, and investing in the clinicians who serve the community. The hospital offers general, orthopedic (including spine), and OB/GYN services, earned Level II Maternal Care verification from The Joint Commission in 2025, and was named Best Hospital for Maternity Care by Newsweek.

The team includes 5 physicians and 20 CRNAs, and the practice emphasizes local, site-led leadership and collaboration among all physicians and CRNAs. The role encourages practicing at the full extent of one's license. Cases are performed in the Main OR, and the position is offered with flexible shift lengths. Call is not part of the role, and eight weeks off are guaranteed.

Candidates should hold NBCRNA certification, or be enrolled as a student with certification pending, along with an active Florida license and authorization to work in the United States. The compensation package is described as robust and includes a sign-on bonus.
