This full-time CRNA opening is based at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, Minnesota, a 25-bed critical access hospital that serves a surrounding region of roughly 60,000 residents. The anesthesia group includes one physician and eleven CRNAs, and the role emphasizes professional growth, continuing education, and close collaboration among colleagues.
Assignments include robotic procedures along with general, orthopedic, total joint, obstetric and gynecologic, and urologic cases. Board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is required, and a Minnesota license is needed. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation is structured as a guaranteed W2 yearly base of $310k or a guaranteed 1099 yearly base of $344k, with call pay averaging $44k per year. A Chief CRNA position is also available, carrying an additional guaranteed $20k.
