This full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opening is at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, Florida, a flagship HCA facility that joined the Envision anesthesiology group in the area. The practice has been established since 1997, reports strong retention, and is built around collaborative, clinician-led teams in a 523-bed hospital serving north central Florida.

Candidates would be offered a $150K start date bonus and an earn-while-you-learn program that pays up to $2,500 per month during training. Compensation also includes competitive pay, shift differentials ranging from $200 to $600 per shift, premium pay for hours worked beyond the standard bi-weekly threshold, yearly retention bonuses, and a $10K bonus at 10 years of service.

The role is described as having no call and flexible scheduling, with a range of shift lengths available to fit provider preferences. The anesthesia care team includes 20 physicians and 40 advanced practice providers.
