A award-winning hospital in Florida is looking to add CRNAs to a growing anesthesia team for a permanent position in Alachua. Shifts run 8, 10 or 12 hours with no call, and the schedule is flexible, with optional extra shifts paid at a premium rate. New graduates start at $220K, and experienced CRNAs can earn up to $300K in base salary.
Candidates may choose an $80K sign-on bonus, paid as a lump sum on the second paycheck, or enroll in an Earn & Learn program designed for new graduates. The caseload is varied, ranging from orthopedic procedures to complex neuroscience cases. Benefits include health insurance that the employer pays for almost entirely, a 6% retirement contribution, generous paid time off, and more.
