Saint Thomas West Surgicare, a downtown surgery center, is seeking one full-time CRNA to join its team. The role is built around a predictable workweek with no weekends and no call duties, and it works alongside CRNAs, anesthesiologists and OR staff in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The position covers anesthesia care across six operating rooms and spans orthopedic total joint procedures, plastics and oculoplastics, urology, ENT, cataract and retina surgery, and general surgery. Candidates who are experienced CRNAs as well as those still in school as SRNAs are encouraged to apply.

The current incentive is either $75k in tuition assistance or a $50k sign-on bonus. Eligibility requires meeting the state licensure rules that apply to USAP-certified CRNAs, along with completing the credentialing process of each hospital where privileges are needed.

The practice is part of US Anesthesia Partners, a network of local anesthesia practices supported by national resources. Across the country, clinicians can select the facility, case mix and schedule that suit their goals.
