This on-site Clinical Advisor role within a nurse anesthesia program at Memorial Health coordinates scheduling of registered nurse anesthesia interns across all clinical rotations and shares the rotation calendar with the Program Director and each clinical site coordinator. The advisor works with site coordinators, affiliate facility administrators, and accreditation bodies to keep the program in good standing, and teaches content in several courses. When the Program Director is away, the advisor helps the Assistant Program Director run the program as assigned.

Candidates need a doctoral degree and current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist certification, along with three to five years of work as a CRNA. Teaching or program administration experience is preferred. The position calls for demonstrated leadership, clear communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

The posted pay range is $90.00 to $140.00. Participation in the annual incentive program is available depending on the role, and actual pay depends on factors such as experience, education, certifications, training, skills, and competencies.
