This locum opening calls for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia coverage at a client site in Arizona, with coverage needed starting March 17, 2026. A preferred Arizona license is listed, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association. Experience with blocks, epidurals, and spinals is also called for.

Under the daily model, five CRNAs cover the operating room on weekdays during day hours, while one CRNA rotates through obstetric float duty during the day and takes primary night call, with a day off afterward. A second CRNA covers secondary night call without a post-call day off. Night coverage also includes a provider working in-house, not on call and paid hourly, for a stretch of consecutive weekday nights. One provider rotates into night call about every twelve weeks.
