Full details
A full-time locums assignment for a Board Certified CRNA is available in Globe, Arizona, with weekday day shifts running Monday through Friday from 7AM to 3PM. The role covers two main operating rooms and offers a case mix led by orthopedics and general surgery, with OB/GYN, GI, and occasional cath lab cases also included. Cardiac and neuro cases are excluded from the assignment.
Coverage is expected at 10 to 20 shifts per month, with a minimum availability of three weeks per month. Call is handled off-site by beeper, with weekday call running from 3PM to 7AM and 24-hour call on weekends and holidays. The weekend rotation occurs every four weeks.
Candidates need an active Arizona license, Board Certification as a CRNA, ACLS and PALS credentials, a clean malpractice and background record, and full-time availability. Submission materials include a current CV, a CRNA Skills Checklist and EPA, and a phone or Zoom interview with clinical leadership. Credentialing typically takes about 30 days, and emergency privileges are available for candidates with clean files.
