Full details
The role is a CRNA position in a Pennsylvania hospital, working within a care team that is supervised by physician anesthesiologists. Two openings are available. The caseload spans general, cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, urologic, endoscopic, vascular, bariatric, obstetric and gynecologic, and plastic procedures.
The team operates with a ratio of four CRNAs to one MD, and physicians may also perform their own cases. The facility has 32 anesthesia rooms and uses Epic as its electronic medical record. Daytime work is the standard arrangement, with other shift lengths possibly offered.
Candidates need current CRNA certification, an active Pennsylvania license (compact licenses are not accepted for this role), graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
Travel and lodging support is available under the terms set out in the order details. Benefits include malpractice insurance coverage, weekly electronic pay, and a referral program that pays $2,000 for each referred provider.
