This locum tenens opening calls for a CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage at an ambulatory surgery center in Michigan. The practice follows an independent CRNA model. Coverage is set for day hours only, with no call duties and no weekend work, though specific coverage dates are spelled out in the Order.

Candidates should be skilled in spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidurals, and must be able to supply case logs documenting those procedures. An active Michigan license is required, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association. Applicants need at least two years of clinical experience within the most recent five years.

The package includes malpractice insurance coverage, weekly electronic pay, and a referral bonus program for bringing in other providers. Travel and lodging support may be offered. The EMR used at the site is HST.
