Applicants need board certification as a CRNA, an active Texas license, and Basic Life Support certification. Recent graduates are not eligible, case logs must be provided, and candidates should have accumulated a minimum of two years of hands-on anesthesia work within the last five years.
Credentialing typically takes about 120 days. The submission file covers scheduling preferences and call availability where relevant, desired time off, a proposed start date, and travel or expense details if applicable.
Benefits include malpractice coverage and pay issued every week by direct deposit. A referral program pays $2,000 for each candidate referred.
