A client in California is looking for an experienced CRNA for a short-term assignment. The role centers on covering several surgical specialties, including Spine, Neuro, Ortho, and General Surgery, across 12 main operating rooms and 3 offsite ASCs. Cases to avoid include trauma, OB, cardiac, and pediatric patients under two years old.
Additional weekday, weeknight, and longer shifts are available on a PRN basis for those who wish to expand their hours.
Staffing is a team of one CRNA and one anesthesiologist. The setting is outpatient, and the EMR system is Epic. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required, along with current CRNA certification.
Compensation is described as strong, travel-related expenses are covered, and A-rated medical malpractice insurance is provided. A dedicated recruiter is available for future travel placements.
